Welcome to Rae Wells L.M.T.!

I am a licensed medical massage therapist and certified massage therapy instructor. In 2000, I graduated from the Institute of Natural Healing Sciences in Colleyville TX. Since then, I have become certified in myofascial work, trigger point therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and sports massage. I have spent the last 13 years of my career working with chiropractors, and now have my own practice as of May 2018.  My work is my passion, and I love to help people feel their best!
